Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e durant laquelle j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir, \u00e0 devenir plus endurant. j&rsquo;ai eu des petits bobos par inexp\u00e9rience. En fait, on doit apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9couter son corps. A ne pas forcer b\u00eatement et \u00e0 progresser en douceur. Par exemple, avant une course je faisais tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement. C&rsquo;est totalement idiot.<br \/>\nR\u00e9cemment je me suis lanc\u00e9 dans un petit d\u00e9fi : essayer de finir un marathon. j&rsquo;ai des petites s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entrainement pour \u00eatre pr\u00eat fin juin. Pour l&rsquo;anecdote, depuis que je veille bien \u00e0 m&rsquo;\u00e9chauffer et m&rsquo;\u00e9tirer, je n&rsquo;ai plus de petits bobos qui ralentissaient mes s\u00e9ances de Running.
