L&rsquo;explication est simple : j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gulier avec trois s\u00e9ances par semaine, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9vit\u00e9 les petites blessures qui poussent \u00e0 la pause et petite nouveaut\u00e9 , en plus du running , je fais des petites s\u00e9ances de sport en salle ( merci \u00e0 Sabrina pour la motivation)<br>Cela se ressent tout de suite durant une course. Je souffre moins, j&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 g\u00e9rer un peu mieux l&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre nouveaut\u00e9,  participation pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 une course chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9e Odyssea en octobre 2019. J&rsquo;aimerai aussi essayer quatre s\u00e9ances de running par semaine. et bien entendu  refaire un marathon et participer \u00e0 des courses officielles.
