L’année 2014 a été un peu épuisante. avec des coups de mou à répétitions et des petits déboires (heureusement rien de grave) mais usant à la longue. En plus des vitamines, j’ai trouvé une solution imparable pour me donner la patate. Passer en boucle ce morceau de Jad Wio un de mes groupes culte…j’espère que cela marchera pour vous aussi.
